Villa Armonia is the ideal balance of traditional and contemporary, built in authentic stone with stylish furnishings, and splendid views of the open sea from the private infinity pool. It only takes 5 minutes' to drive into Kalami, which has a picturesque pebble beach and several shops and tavernas, including the famous White House Restaurant. Plus, the small harbour and excellent seafood taverna at Kouloura are just around the headland. Air conditioning/heating in all 3 en suite bedrooms, WiFi and pool heating are included.This stylish villa’s intimate romantic charm and quiet elegance is perfectly complemented by stunning views across the sparkling Ionian Sea.

The sun terrace and iridescent waters of the private, infinity pool are both wonderful places in which to relax and simply admire the gorgeous panorama spreading out ahead. Nestled high above the bays of Kalami, Kouloura and Aghios Stefanos, those sweeping vistas across to the dramatic Albanian mountains coalesce with the lush, green Corfiot hillsides tumbling down to the sea around the house.

The private infinity pool is surrounded by a wooden deck which has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views over the sea towards Albania on the horizon. There is also a table and chairs and a brick BBQ for alfresco dining, as well as a small chill out seating area on the terrace. A second table and chairs, plus the pool and table tennis tables, can be found on the front terrace. From the country lane, a gate opens onto the private parking forecourt at the front of the villa, by the entrance.

The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen have contemporary furnishings against the authentic exposed stone walls for a unique look. Large sliding patio doors along the far wall frame the sea view, and allow access to the pool deck, as well as keep the villa bright and airy.

In the main part of the house is a twin bedroom with direct access to the pool deck, and a double bedroom, each with an en suite bathroom. The second double bedroom is in the annexe which is separate to the main building, accessed by covered steps down from the poolside. This bedroom is large, with an en suite bathroom, high windows, and has a fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities.
